Booking Policy
  • 50% of the amount should be paid at the time of booking.
    Note: Your passport will only be forwarded for Hajj Visa 2026 (last week of April 2025) after full payment is made.
  • All payments should be made in favor of Kaaba Travelcare Private Limited via Cheque, RTGS, NEFT, or Net Banking as per RBI guidelines, including applicable GST & TCS.
  • Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the travel date.
  • Required documents: PAN card copy, correct contact number (WhatsApp), valid email ID, nominee details with one photo and ID proof.
  • 4 recent passport-size photos (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) and 2 recent visa-size photos (4 x 6 cm), all in color with a white background (for ladies, forehead and ears should be visible).

    Cancellation Policy

    If a passenger cancels the package after Hajj processing for any reason, 100% of the amount paid will be non-refundable.

    Zone A

    This zone is located very close to Al-Masjid AlHaram, often offering views of its courtyards, and provides pilgrims with easy access, all within walking distance. 

    Zone B

    This zone surrounds Zone A and is still in close proximity to Al-Masjid Al-Haram, though it is slightly farther away. The distance remains walkable, but some accommodations provide shuttle services to Al-Masjid Al-Haram during prayer times for added convenience.

    Zone C

    This zone covers the largest area in Makkah but is not within walking distance of Al-Masjid Al-Haram or the Sacred Mashair sites. However, it offers a variety of accommodations, some of which provide shuttle services to Al-Masjid Al-Haram during prayer times.

    Zone M

    This zone is located close to the Sacred Mashair sites, offering pilgrims easy access to their accommodations during their stay in Mina.

    This camp is characterized by its close proximity to the Jamarat Bridge, positioned just 300 to 700 meters away. This advantageous location facilitates the ritual of Pelting Jamarat, allowing pilgrims to perform the ritual with ease and convenience. With a capacity to accommodate around 5,000 pilgrims, this camp promises the highest level of service, ensuring a comfortable and meaningful stay in Mina. 

    Al-Muaisim Camp

    This camp, located approximately 4 km from the Jamarat Bridge, offers a distinct atmosphere with all the necessary comforts to ensure pilgrims have a convenient stay. This camp has the capacity to accommodate up to 30,000 pilgrims, providing a wellequipped environment for a fulfilling Hajj experience.

    Shifting Packages provide pilgrims with an accommodation located in close proximity to the Sacred Mashair sites during the Hajj period, ensuring both comfort in accommodation and

    ease of access to their belongings. Additionally, these packages offer a second accommodation in Makkah, before or after the Hajj period, typically situated near Al-Masjid Al-Haram, facilitating convenient access for prayers. 

    Non-Shifting packages provide pilgrims with a single accommodation throughout their

    stay in Makkah, both before and after performing the Hajj rituals at the Sacred Mashair sites. This adds a level of convenience to pilgrims as they are not required to relocate during their stay in Makkah.
