TERMS & CONDITIONS :

  • Room allotment will be based on our arrangements.
  • The Umrah expenses do not cover personal expenses during the journey. The tour dates, Umrah itinerary, and prices will be provided.
  • Travel luggage must comply with airline guidelines. The pilgrim will be responsible for any additional baggage fees.
  • Meals will not be provided at airports or during inter-city transfers.
  • It is important to be present on time for the hotel buffet/food during the pilgrimage.
  • Diabetics and other pilgrims who require special food must arrange it at their own expense.
  • We are not liable for the loss or theft of passports or baggage at airports.
  • Visitors requiring a wheelchair in Makkah & Medina should bring their own. We can assist in requesting airport wheelchairs from the airlines.
  • The Umrah visa and airline tickets are non-refundable if obtained through our services.
BOOKING POLICY :
  • A 30% advance payment is required for booking an Umrah package.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before departure. If the balance amount is not paid on time, your booking may be canceled without informing you.
  • We do not accept payment by cheque. Only online bank transfers, NEFT, or RTGS will be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
  • The 30% advance payment is non-refundable once the visa is issued.
  • If you cancel your booking within 15 days of the departure date, no refunds will be given.
  • Refunds will be given only if the airline cancels the flight. In such situations, the ticket price will be refunded based on the airline's policy.
