Hajj Packages

Booking Payment: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Please note that your passport will be submitted for Hajj visa processing only upon full payment. The deadline for payment is March 4th, 2024.

Payment Details: All payments should be made in favor of KAABA TRAVELCARE PRIVATE LIMITED, following the guidelines provided by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Payments can be completed via RTGS/NEFT/Net Banking.

Passport Requirements: Your international passport must be original and valid for a minimum of six months from the date of travel, extending until at least March 31, 2024. Handwritten passports and foreign passports will not be accepted.

Required Documents: Please provide copies of your PAN card, Aadhar card, bank passbook, correct contact number, WhatsApp number, valid email ID, and details of one nominee with one photo and ID proof.

Photographs: Kindly submit four recent passport-sized photos (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) and two recent visa-sized photos (4 cm x 6 cm), all in color with a white background. For female applicants, ensure that the photo taken during the Islamic year 1444H shows the head and ears clearly.

COVID-19 Vaccination: All pilgrims must have received the full doses of approved COVID-19 vaccines as per the guidelines of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). A certificate attested by the official health authorities in your country is required as proof of vaccination.

Please ensure to comply with the above requirements for a smooth Hajj visa processing.

In the event of package cancellation after Hajj processing, the entire amount paid will be non-refundable (100% non-refundable), regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Tour Cost: The tour cost is calculated based on air ticket and foreign exchange rates as of June 2nd, 2024.

Mollim Draft: The Mollim draft is determined by the last Hajj (1445-H/2024). Any increase will be the responsibility of the Hajj participant.

Commencement of Services: All services will begin upon arrival at our accommodation in Makkah.

Formalities at Jeddah Airport: Please be aware that completing formalities at Jeddah airport may take approximately 5 to 6 hours. It's advisable to carry some food with you.

Travel Duration: The journey from Jeddah airport to Makkah building will take an additional 3 to 4 hours.

Flight Schedule and Itinerary: Flight schedules and itineraries are subject to change without prior notice.

Responsibility for Luggage and Incidents: We are not liable for any lost, misplaced luggage, or incidents. Excess luggage charges are the responsibility of the Hajj participant. Participants are accountable for their Zam-Zam and luggage until their return to Hyderabad.
