Booking Policy
  • 50% of the amount should be paid at the time of booking.
    Note: Your passport will only be forwarded for Hajj Visa 2025 (last week of April 2025) after full payment is made.
  • All payments should be made in favor of Kaaba Travelcare Private Limited via Cheque, RTGS, NEFT, or Net Banking as per RBI guidelines, including applicable GST & TCS.
  • Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the travel date.
  • Required documents: PAN card copy, correct contact number (WhatsApp), valid email ID, nominee details with one photo and ID proof.
  • 4 recent passport-size photos (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) and 2 recent visa-size photos (4 x 6 cm), all in color with a white background (for ladies, forehead and ears should be visible).
  • Pilgrims must have received the full doses of approved Covid-19 vaccines and provide a certificate from the official health authorities in their country.

    Cancellation Policy

    If a passenger cancels the package after Hajj processing for any reason, 100% of the amount paid will be non-refundable.
    Terms & Condition
  • The tour cost is based on the air ticket and foreign exchange rates as of 5th March 2025.
  • All mentioned services will begin after reaching our accommodation in Makkah.
  • At Jeddah Airport, it will take 5 to 6 hours to complete the formalities, so please carry food and snacks with you.
  • Travel time from Jeddah Airport to Makkah accommodation will be approximately 3 to 4 hours.
  • Flight schedules and itineraries are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The tour cost must be fully paid before submitting the passport for the Hajj Visa, or your booking will be canceled.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced luggage or incidents. Excess luggage charges must be paid by the pilgrim. The pilgrim is responsible for Zam Zam water and luggage until returning to Hyderabad
