Masjid Bani Unaif is a historic mosque located in the Unaif area, between Quba and Al-Usbah, southwest of Masjid Quba. This area belonged to the Banu Bli tribe.

It is said that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) visited Talha ibn al-Barra here when he was sick, and later came to offer condolences after his death. During that time, the Prophet prayed at the spot where this mosque was later built.

The mosque is slightly raised from the ground. Before it was renovated, about two meters of the original wall were still standing. It was built using basalt stone, and the prayer niche (mihrab) can still be seen. The mosque was recently restored during the Saudi era using natural stone.
