Al-Ihn Well is an old and important well in Madinah. It has been known since the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The well is in the high area of Madinah.

It belonged to the Banu Umayya clan of the Ansar. Their houses were near the Al-Ihn garden, and they used the water from this well to water the garden.

The well has been taken care of for many years. The Saudi kings have also looked after it. But now, the well has dried up because the water underground has become less.
